Do I need tools to assemble the cabinets?
The cabinet and face frame snap together by hand — no tools, no cam locks, no glue. You'll just need a screwdriver to install the doors, drawers, and hardware. No power tools or cabinetry experience required; most people assemble their first cabinet in under 15 minutes. Watch our assembly videos to see it done, start to finish.
How do I get a price?

Tell us roughly what you're planning — even a photo and a few measurements is plenty to start. We'll email you an itemized quote, free, with no obligation.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We don't keep a showroom — that's one of the reasons our prices are lower than the big-box stores. Instead, we'll walk you through finishes and options by email, send photos and the full catalog, and answer every question before you order.
Do you install cabinets?
We supply the cabinets and hardware; we don't do installation ourselves. Many of our customers assemble and install on their own, and many work with a contractor or handyman. If you're working with a contractor, have them reach out — we work with contractors every day.
How does delivery work?
Your order ships flat-packed to your address. Most cabinets are manageable* — this isn't a fully-built cabinet showing up on your porch. When you request a quote, we'll include shipping details and timing for your specific order.

How long does it take to get my cabinets?
Most orders ship in an estimated 2-3 weeks, though every order is a little different depending on the items and finishes you choose. Once you reach out, we stay in contact with you throughout the process — from quote to delivery — so you always know where your order stands.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us right away and we'll make it right — damaged or defective product is replaced at no cost to you. One thing that helps enormously: check the boxes before you sign the delivery receipt, and write down anything that looks crushed or is missing. We handle the freight claim from there, so you won't be stuck dealing with a shipping company on your own. Full details are in our Returns & Warranty policy.
I'm a contractor — do you offer contractor pricing?
Yes. We work with contractors and builders on complete hardware packages, multi-unit orders, and overstock deals. Email us and we'll set you up.
